Smoked mackerel, potato & red onion salad with horseradish cream
(V) Polenta dusted goats cheese with salad leaves & balsamic reduction
Main Course: Roast topside of Beef, Chef’s Yorkshire pudding with pan gravy.
Chicken & spinach roulade with white wine & shallot cream sauce, finished with fresh tarragon.
